What is Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is an act of being an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures. Entrepreneurs play a key role in any economy, using the skills and initiative necessary to anticipate needs and bring good new ideas to market. Entrepreneurs who prove to be successful in taking on the risks of a startup are rewarded with profits, fame, and continued growth opportunities.Entrepreneurs are bound to accept risks and challenges which results in building leadership skills, and smarter and wiser decision making mindset.

An entrepreneurs life has always been challenging. Bigger the challenges are greater will be the rewards.

Be your own Boss

Being self employed, helps us to make our own decisions. We will never be controlled or enslaved. We become self dependent. It makes us aware of our needs and encourages us to take risks.

Learn

We will learn and gain greater understanding about the working of the world and people around us. It helps us to learn about money and success, we also start to learn from our experience’s and we will live in our knowledge. “We learn from a mistake ,to avoid another mistake”. Building good relationships with people around us will be one of the major changes that entrepreneurship brings in our life. It also enables us to explore deep into our passion and interests and helps us to learn different ways to monetize it.

Risk-Taking

Take risks for a greater good. Risks are an important element of entrepreneurship. The more the risks we take the greater will be our gain. In entrepreneurship, a behavior of taking painful risks and converting them into powerful opportunities in order to gain greater rewards is called “smartness”. 

Success

For an employee his/her reward will be a limited paycheck, debt and further liabilities. Whereas for an entrepreneur the reward is infinite. An entrepreneur will gain his/her reward in the form of a heavy bank balance, encouragement to advance and grow, a path towards greater opportunities and an optimistic mindset.

• Don’t care what anyone else says about what you want to do. Just believe in yourself and follow your dreams.
• You don’t need to buy a bunch of supplies to get started. Start where you are and focus on taking small steps.
